3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure all descriptions, sizes, colors, textures and styles of wigs and hair products are accurate. Due to different monitor displays, lighting and shooting angles, slight color differences may exist between the actual product and online pictures, which are not regarded as quality issues.All product prices are listed in [USD/EUR/GBP], inclusive of tax or exclusive of tax as marked. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, update styles and discontinue any wig products at any time without prior notice.

4. Order & Payment

• You agree to provide accurate shipping address, contact information and billing information when placing orders.

• We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card and other third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card information.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspicious transaction, fake information, high-risk fraud order or repeated malicious orders.

• Once payment is confirmed, orders will be arranged for processing and shipping within our standard processing time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will arrange international shipping to most countries and regions. Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed, which may be affected by customs clearance, logistics delay, holiday and local postal service.We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics problems or customer-provided wrong address. Any customs duty or import tax charged by the destination country shall be borne by the customer.

6. Return & Refund Policy (Wig Industry Special)

Due to the particularity of human hair wigs and hair products, hygiene and health protection is strictly required:

• We only accept returns for unopened, unworn, uncut, uncolored, unwashed wigs and hair bundles with original packaging intact.

• Wigs that have been worn, installed, cut, dyed, bleached, washed or damaged by personal use are not eligible for return or refund.

• Custom-made wigs are final sale, no return or exchange accepted.

• All return requests must be submitted within 7 days after you receive the package. We will inspect the returned goods after arrival, and issue a refund after confirmation of no damage and no use.

• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item has quality problem or our shipping mistake.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for illegal, fraudulent or improper purposes

• Crawl, scrape or attack our website system

• Resell our wig products in large quantities without authorization

• Post malicious comments, false reviews or defamatory content about our products and company

8. Account Termination

Our wigs and hair products are sold "as is". We do not warrant that the product will fully meet your personal hairstyle expectation. We shall not be liable for any indirect loss, personal discomfort or economic loss caused by improper use of the wig.We are not responsible for third-party logistics company’s delay, loss or damage during transportation.
